Shipping Times

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days from when the order is received. Once the order has been processed and packaged, we ship through USPS. We ship all orders within 2 business days (unless otherwise noted for Holidays, pre-orders and back-orders).

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to your inbox with your USPS tracking number. 

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently. we are only shipping within the United States; however, some of our charity organizations are global! As we grow, we will look to provide world wide shipping.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We currently accept payments for online orders using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. 

What Size do I get? 

The best way to know which length you need is to measure the current lace on the shoe you plan on swapping. A general recommendation is that if a shoe has 6 eyelets or less, 45" should be good. Between 7-9 eyelets we would recommend a 54"

What is your return policy?

If you have a problem with your order, please email us right away at Eliteshoelaces@gmail.com and reference your order number provided in the order email.We accept returns or exchanges if you reach out to us within 10 business days of the date you received your shoelaces.

 

Returns must be brand new in the original packaging and sent back in Elite Shoelaces approved packaging to ensure they are not damaged in shipping. You will be responsible for the return and or exchange shipping cost (both ways).

How many laces come in an order?

Great question! When a single order is placed, your order will receive two shoelaces, one for each shoe. Also, within your order will be a package insert with our hashtag, #EliteFam and Instagram handle @eliteshoelaces. Make sure you post your kicks with the laces for some additional love!
